Robert scored the Lions' final try of the series as they recorded a historic 2-1 victory in Australia but hasseen little action since.
But after returning to the fold for his club, the 27-year-old centre admitted the presence of his Lions team-mates had made his integration easier.
"I'm settling well. It was disappointing to get the injury when I did. I was just starting to get on my feet when I was dealt that blow," he said.
"I'm settling in now, I've got a place in Paris which is very different to what I was used to before which was what I was after. I was looking for a change in my life and I'm glad I made that choice.
"It's great to have Mike [Phillips] here now. Jonny [Sexton] and Dan [Lydiate] have been here since the start of the season.
"It's a good contingent of us, now it's just up to us to fit into the team and the coaching environment and do our best for the team and get back to winning ways."
