Tindall was a late withdrawal from the victory over the Azzuri through injury, while Worsley hasn't featured for his country since the 2007 World Cup.
Newcastle's Jamie Noon drops out to accommodate Tindall, while Worsley replaces Steffon Armitage, with both dropped players failing to win a spot among the replacements.
Johnson makes a further three changes to his bench as Toby Flood is deemed fit enough to replace Shane Geraghty, Paul Hodgson comes in for Ben Foden and Luke Narraway takes Worsley's spot as the second back row cover.
Andy Goode retains the No10 jersey, with Danny Cipriani again absent from the matchday 22.
