The England and London Wasps lock was cited by New Zealand official Steve Hinds for dropping his knee on the back of Springbok scrum half Fourie du Preez - an offence that earned him a yellow card in the 37th minute.
Du Preez failed to reappear for the second half and the Lions conceded three points while Shaw was in the sin bin. His sentence matches the two week ban given to Springbok lock Bakkies Botha when he was cited for a dangerous charge in the second Test.
Botha's offence led to Lions prop Adam Jones dislocating his shoulder and leaving the tour before the third and final Test.
As the tour is now over, Shaw's ban will start in August when the English season starts.
