Van Der Linde was penalised after clashing with Australia's Sam Cordingly but was not carded by the match official.
Australia flanker Rocky Elsom was also cited for pulling down Springbok skipper Victor Matfield in the line-out.
Both disciplinary hearings will take place in Durban on Monday.
