Larder, part of the management of the 2001 and 2005 Lions tours and defence coach when England won the World Cup in 2003, will be working with pro players from Edinburgh and Glasgow Warriors, pro-team coaches, national age-grade coaches, Scottish Rugby performance development staff and Scottish Women's Rugby Union staff.
The one-day session will take place on Wednesday 20 August.
"The day will include looking at strategies around the new Experimental Law Variations," said Scottish Rugby's senior performance development manager Grant McKelvey.
"Hopefully Phil's visit will be the first of many from world-class experts, which will assist in the development of our own coaches and ultimately benefit our players at all levels as the PDMs will ensure all tips are shared with our colleagues in club development."
