Strauss will arrive in Perth on Tuesday as coach Peter de Villiers moves to replace the suspended Bismarck du Plessis.

The hooker, who has represented SA Schools and SA Under-21s received the call-up after du Plessis was banned for three weeks for foul play by a SANZAR disciplinary committee.
