Ex-captains and club officials will be present as the town of Llanelli says goodbye to Stradey ahead of the Scarlets' move to their new ground, Parc y Scarlets.
As well as a presentation to 2005 mid-week Lions coach Gareth Jenkins, there will be a pre-match parade featuring Handel Greville, the former scrum-half who captained the side as far back as the 1948/49 season.
Unsurprisingly, Stadey Park is sold out for its final hoorah.
Perhaps Stadey Park's most-famous day came on October 31, 1972, when a Lanelli side featuring the likes of Lions heroes Phil Bennett and Delme Thomas shocked world rugby by beating the might of New Zealand.
The All Blacks went down 9-3 to an impassioned Llanelli side but they were not the first, nor the last, southern hemisphere giants to taste defeat at Stradey.
The Wallabies have lost on a staggering four occasions at the ground - in 1908, 1967, 1984 and 1992.
