They then bring their hectic tour to an end with a intriguing fixture against the Barbarians at Wembley on Wednesday, December 3.
"It's an exciting challenge," said Wallaby centre Berrick Barnes.
"The only tour I've even been on is the 2007 World Cup so this is probably going to be tougher than that in some respects. You don't get any easy games on this trip.
"We're playing six Test matches in a row and I think obviously a lot of it will depend on how well we start this tour."
Barnes, who took over from Stephen Larkham as Australia's No10 but has now reverted to the No12 shirt, believes the tour will give the Wallabies a chance to put their World Cup disappointment behind them.
Under former Bath, Swansea and Stade Francais coach John Connolly, Australia were knocked out of the game's showpiece event by England at the quarter-final stage.
"This is a chance for us to win back some respect and that's probably the biggest thing and the most important factor for us.
"This is the best preparation we've had. We've just done the hardest training block that I've ever been involved in.
"It's certainly been a tough three weeks and I know we're all going to be the better for it. We've just got to bring what we've got to the ground and hopefully that's enough for us."
