The 27-year-old Viadana number nine was sent-off in Sunday's Parker Pen Cup clash against Rotherham for punching an opponent but he will complete his two-week ban in time to face Sir Clive Woodward's world champions on February 15.
"Fortunately it is not a heavy ban," Mazzantini told the federation's official website, www.federugby.it.
"Now I plan to work hard in order to convince Kirwan to trust me for the game against England."
