Fly-half Flood, 21, was a bright spot in England's mixed RBS 6 Nations campaign, stepping in ably when team-mate Jonny Wilkinson was injured, and he has signed a two-year deal to keep him at Kingston Park until 2009.
Versatile Tait featured at wing and centre for England in the tournament and has agreed a one-year deal, while centre Noon, who was dropped by new national coach Brian Ashton, has committed for three years.
