The British and Irish Lions hopeful was struggling with a knee problem sustained during training on Monday but has passed a fitness test and starts the match with Marcus Horan remaining on the bench.
Coach Eddie O'Sullivan said: ''Reggie is fine. He took part in an extensive session yesterday. He had a run-out with the team again today and he's good to go.'
