London Wasps centre Ayoola Erinle and Worcester captain Pat Sanderson complete the nominees, with the prize to be presented at the Zurich Premiership awards dinner on May 4.
There are four nominees for the O2 director of rugby of the season award with Steve Diamond (Saracens), Warren Gatland (Wasps), Philippe Saint-Andre (Sale) and John Wells (Leicester) on the shortlist.
