"One thing you've got to be proud about is that if you look at the last couple of weeks, Australian sides are starting to dominate," White told The Australian newspaper.
"A lot of people spoke about it maybe being a case where the Aussie conference was not that strong but now you have two sides battling it out at the top of the table. I think Australian rugby is healthy.
"There's no reason, when all these players are fit and available and you pick the right team, that Australia can't beat the Lions.
''It's about making sure the choices are just right. I've got no doubt the talent is good enough to win that Lions series.''
The Brumbies sit on top of the Super Rugby table after 10 weeks for only the third time in their history. On the two previous occasions, in 2000 and 2004, they reached the Grand Final, winning the title in 2004.
Queensland Reds, the 2011 Super Rugby winners, have moved into second place thanks to the victory by the Waratahs over the reigning champions, the Chiefs, and all the Aussie sides are performing well.
The Western Force beat the mighty Crusaders in Perth recently and the five sides have 16 wins to their credit to date - two more than at the same stage the last time the Lions were heading down under in 2001.
