It means Croft will join Leicester's other five Lions at Twickenham in the Premiership final on Saturday, 25 May - two days before the squad flies to Hong Kong to prepare for the tour opener against the Barbarians on 1 June.
The Tigers will face the winners of the second semi-final between Saracens and Northampton Saints on Sunday.
"We've lost the last two finals and it has hurt us. Today was all about winning and it was great to score the try, but the tackle on Care was more important," said Croft.
