Leicester currently trail Pool 5 leaders Ulster by three points while Treviso are winless in the competition.
But despite having also beaten them 34-3 at home earlier in the season, scrum-half Youngs knows his side have to put in a professional 80-minute performance.
"We have struggled down in Treviso before and we know they are a good side," he said.
"They make life very difficult for you and we know it's going to be a very physical challenge.
"The first 20 minutes will be important. We don't want to give them a sniff. It's about going there and getting the job done as professionally as possible."
