The Lions won that match 41-16 to claim a historic 2-1 series victory over Australia - the Lions' first series triumph in 16 years.
And after tasting victory on his first Lions tour, 27-year-old O'Brien admits he's desperate for another go in 2017.
"There are still things I want to achieve, like any player you want to achieve as much as you can and do well in all competitions," he said.
"I'd love to win a World Cup. And I'd love to win a Six Nations. And I'd love to win more European Cups and leagues. And go on the Lions tour again.
"It's selfish in this game - when you get a taste of it you want more.
"It's all obviously something that's on my 'to do' list, but it'll be on a lot of other players' 'to-do' lists and that's where the battle comes into it and it becomes exciting."
