Brad Thorn's suspension for a dangerous tackle on John Smit allows Anthony Boric to make his first Test start having previously accrued just two appearances as a replacement in the recent series against England.
Auckland Blues prop John Afoa is the other alteration, with Gloucester-bound Greg Somerville left out of the 22-man squad altogether.
Henry makes one further change to his bench, with Waikato Chiefs' second row Kevin O'Neill taking the place vacated by Boric.
South African head coach Peter de Villiers will name his side for Saturday's match on Thursday.
