After missing the previous six international fixtures, both players returned to Currie Cup action earlier this month, with Springbok head coach Peter de Villiers seeing enough to include them in a 30-man squad for the next four fixtures.
Free State Cheetahs wing Jongi Nowke has also been called up to the full squad having been part of the initial expanded training squad ahead of the away leg of this year's Tri Nations.
Springbok skipper John Smit misses out, however, as a result of the groin injury suffered during the 19-8 defeat to New Zealand in Wellington on July 12.
The Springboks assemble on Wednesday morning in Pretoria where they will stay until Sunday, before transferring to Johannesburg to continue with their preparations for the Mandela Tribute Test against Argentina in just under three weeks time.
