Last week, he was named in new England manager Martin Johnson's Saxons squad for next season and is confident of making a full recovery.
"There is no doubt in my mind I can be as physically fast as I used to be," said Cipriani.
"It has been a day at a time and I've been positive since it (the injury) happened."
Cipriani said he was grateful for the support he had received during his rehabilitation from both Johnson and his club.
"Wasps and England have not put any pressure on me coming back too soon - they want me to come back when I'm comfortable, he added on Sky Sports News.
"Martin Johnson has been very reassuring. He spoke to me two days after I got the injury.
"He spoke to me two weeks before the announcement of the EPS (England Performance Squad) and reassured me there was no pressure on me getting back."
