Two Bulls players have also been cited for dangerous play and will appear on Monday night in Pretoria for their transgressions in the 54-19 loss to the Crusaders at Loftus Versfeld on Friday.
Midfielder JP Nel has been cited for a "swinging arm tackle" while flanker Dewald Potgieter was charged for an "illegal spear tackle".
