Munster prop Marcus Horan has been ruled out of Ireland's opening RBS 6 Nations championship clash with France in Paris on Saturday because of a back injury.
Stand-by front row forwards Justin Fitzpatrick and Simon Best, who sustained a rib injury playing for Ulster at the weekend, joined the squad on Monday as replacements.
