Cueto, who replaced the injured Iain Balshaw prior to the Lions' departure for New Zealand five years ago, has been accused of a dangerous tackle on Berrick Barnes during England's first-Test defeat to Australia.

England were heavily criticised for the manner of their performance during Saturday's 27-17 defeat in Perth and things could now get worse for Martin Johnson's men, with Cueto facing a minimum two-week ban if found guilty.

Johnson's side face the Australian Barbarians tomorrow evening and the Wallabies once more this Saturday before a tough clash with the New Zealand Maori completes their summer tour.

Cueto should find out his fate later today when he attends a disciplinary hearing at the Australian Rugby Union offices.
