England were heavily criticised for the manner of their performance during Saturday's 27-17 defeat in Perth and things could now get worse for Martin Johnson's men, with Cueto facing a minimum two-week ban if found guilty.
Johnson's side face the Australian Barbarians tomorrow evening and the Wallabies once more this Saturday before a tough clash with the New Zealand Maori completes their summer tour.
Cueto should find out his fate later today when he attends a disciplinary hearing at the Australian Rugby Union offices.
If Cueto is ruled out of England's remaining games, 2009 Test Lion Ugo Monye could be the beneficiary.
The Harlequins wideman missed out on selection for the Subiaco Oval Test but will vie with David Strettle and Chris Ashton for the wing spots if Cueto is ruled out of Saturday's Second Test.
