But while watching his new team mates moved up into third place in the RaboDirect PRO12 with an emphatic 38-0 home win over Aironi, Henson told the S4C reporter he is almost ready to return.
"I've been training with the conditioning team up until now, but on Monday I will be with the coaches for the first time. I think I'm only a few weeks away from being ready to play," said Henson.
"I'm really excited about getting back onto the field and I'd love to play at outside half or inside centre. It would be great to play at No 10 and get the chance to run the show.
"But I know that Dan Parks and Ceri Sweeney are playing well in that position, so we'll have to wait and see what happens."
