The Newport forward won four caps for his country in 1910 and 1911 and played in all three Tests for the Lions in South Africa.
The miner died in tragic but heroic circumstances when he threw himself into the path of a runaway tram as it headed for a group of children playing in its path.
Jarman derailed the tram, saving the lives of the children, but he lost his own life in the process.
