Jonathan Sexton and his meticulous preparation
Paul O'Connell has described his British & Irish Lions teammate Jonathan Sexton as the "most ridiculous competitor" he's ever seen.
The 29-year-old fly-half is set to play a pivotal role when Ireland host England on Sunday.
And Ireland captain O'Connell - himself a Lions legend having been on three tours - says Sexton is one of the toughest players he has encountered.
"Johnny is the most ridiculous competitor you have ever seen, with an unbelievable work ethic," O'Connell said in a short film by Three.
"I know my job pretty well on the field, but Johnny knows where the other 14 players on the pitch should be at any one time. He's the standard bearer in everything for us at the moment."
