"We'll do all physical work, gym work, and play with the ball.
"We had two tiring weeks, but results were extremely positive. It was a good physical stage to face what is coming up."
Tiesi added that the camp in the United States helped him get over a leg injury he suffered at the beginning of the year.
He said: "My right leg is perfect and I can train normally - I'm really happy for that.Â
"Personally, I've had more benefits from this camp because I needed a good pre-season to be stronger physically."
