"The player will see all that we have and he will have meetings with the federation directors," said Dany Roelands, president of the Belgian Rugby Federation.
Argentina are keen to participate in an international tournament such as the Tri-Nations or the RBS 6 Nations, which would become the Seven Nations if they were involved.
If Pichot's team are accepted, the Belgians have offered their hospitality for the duration of the competition.
Roelands said: "We want to promote big events in our country and we have the chance to take advantage of a possible big media impact, like the Pumas.
"They are the big option and we want to have the chance to organise three world-class rugby Test matches per year."
Roelands believes Brussels is the ideal location for the Pumas.
He added: "Argentina have a lot of players playing in England and France. Brussels is two hours from London and an hour and a half from Paris."
