Newcastle have secured England trio Toby Flood, Jamie Noon and Mathew Tait on new contracts.
Fly-half Flood, 21, was a bright spot in England's mixed RBS 6 Nations campaign, stepping in ably when team-mate Jonny Wilkinson was injured, and he has signed a two-year deal to keep him at Kingston Park until 2009.
Versatile Tait featured at wing and centre for England in the tournament and has agreed a one-year deal, while centre Noon, who was dropped by new national coach Brian Ashton, has committed for three years.
The Falcons' director of rugby, John Fletcher, said: "This is a hugely positive day for the club, which signals our ambition for the future.
"All three players embody what we stand for here at Newcastle Falcons, having come through the academy system and deservedly gone on to grace the international stage.
"Retaining their services is a massive part of our future planning, and we are delighted to have concluded deals to keep them where they belong."
