The lock-forward said: "The biggest disappointment so far is the fact that we've not scored many points. We have not scored any tries in two games and our cumulative score has really been pretty bad.
"We know we are capable of breaking down defences and we have done that to a certain extent but we just haven't finished them off.
"Although we put in a lot of physical effort against France, we need to be more clever in what we are doing. You have got to put in the right kind of effort, otherwise it is wasted.
"We lost out in Paris through a lack of tactical know-how and there were some individual skills in which the French had a slight edge over us.
"A lot of the French pack are big players but they are clever players as well and there are certain aspects at the breakdown that they are pretty good at. We try to learn off these teams because that is where we lost it.
"But we have made some slight changes in training with tactics and different moves and we have tweaked a few things here and there, so we are really looking to score some tries against Wales."
