I don't think complacency is ever a problem with England. I think in terms of the French game they lost last year, they approached it with the wrong gameplan.
The French will be tough again, but I think the challenge of playing Ireland away in the last game, potentially for a Grand Slam, would be an interesting encounter. If they were to know that they could spoil a Grand Slam party, I'm sure they would like to do that.
I also think we need to play reserve fly-half Charlie Hodgson in one or two of these games. It is no reflection on Jonny Wilkinson, but you can't have a situation where you are suddenly left with him being exposed without experience. I think Charlie needs to be given the chance to play in substantial parts of games.
England have got a very good squad - probably the strongest squad in depth they've ever had. I don't think there's any doubt about that.
I was delighted with England's success against the southern hemisphere teams, but they have to win things and they need, for their own purposes, to win a Grand Slam.
