"Gethin has come on really well on the tight-head side. I am sure (Lions coach) Sir Clive Woodward will have seen his brilliant work on both sides (on Saturday)," said Ruddock.
Wales are now in prime position to secure a first Grand Slam in 27 years and a potential winner-takes all showdown with Ireland looms large on the final weekend.
"We can't talk about the Grand Slam," insisted Ruddock.
"We have got Scotland next up. They had a good win against Italy and they will throw everything at us. The pressure is on us to keep winning."
