Ireland international Byrne, who joined the Guinness Premiership club from Leinster earlier this summer, has been named among the replacements in Saracens' final warm-up game before tackling champions Wasps at Twickenham on Saturday week.

However, Former Great Britain rugby league captain Andy Farrell's union debut remains on hold.

Farrell has still not recovered from the toe injury that ruled him out of last weekend's clash against Bedford.

"It is not broken, but he won't be able to play until the soreness disappears," said Saracens rugby director Steve Diamond.
