Brian O'Driscoll's men head to Edinburgh this weekend to meet bogey side Scotland hoping to keep on track for a Triple Crown and championship shoot-out with Wales at the Millennium Stadium next week.
"Nobody has ever doubted that we've got the talent in our team. You just have to look at Munster and Leinster's ability to win big games in the Heineken Cup to know the quality is there," said Bowe.
"We've got world-class players who are keen to voice their opinion on how we play. Brian O'Driscoll is on fire at the minute and back in try-scoring form - the whole team have been lifted by his performances.
"Paul O'Connell is also a great leader while we've brought in new blood like Stephen Ferris and Luke Fitzgerald who have made a massive impression.
"We've got very few weaknesses now and we're able to combine the backs and forwards and become an all-round side which we didn't have in the past.
"We've getting great set-piece ball from the pack and the back row have been outstanding - we've got the physical edge up front. That gives the backs space to run the ball, it's a great opportunity for us."
