The 23-year-old's performance on Saturday was complemented by fellow Lions Leigh Halfpenny, who notched up 20 points from the tee, and try-scorers George North and Mike Phillips.
And with Tonga lying in wait next weekend, Faletau is relishing a potential clash with a country close to his heart.

"Anybody would take the opportunity to play for their country and if I'm offered the opportunity to play against Tonga, I'd take it with both hands.
"But it would be like any other game for me. What it would be like for my parents I'm not too sure.
"It was a good result for the boys. I'm happy to be the man of the match but all credit to the rest of the lads - they did well.
"I was reading something earlier which said we hadn't won an autumn game since 2009. I didn't know that was the case. I was quite surprised to read it."
