2. Membership of The Lions Supporters Club is valid for from the date of joining until 31st December 2011.

3. Membership Cards and Club benefits are personal to the member and are not transferable and shall not be transferred under any circumstances. All membership cards and benefits remain the property of the Club, the member being the authorised bailee of the Club in respect of the same and entitled to the benefits conferred by them subject to these terms and conditions.

4. Membership Packs will be delivered within 28 days of a member joining the Club. If items are out of stock and delivery will not take place within 28 days then The Lions Supporters Club will contact the member to inform them via email.

5. In the event that a membership card is stolen the member should report this to the Club's Membership Office immediately.

6. Duplicate membership cards (where lost) are available at a cost of £5.00 (+50p postage and packing per card).

7. Membership cards must be available at all events promoted or held by The Lions Supporters Club for inspection by officials and security staff of the Club and the police.

8. The Club reserves the right to suspend the use of the relevant membership card of a member and all associated benefits for a period of time or to withdraw their use in the event of misuse or if abused in anyway or in the event of a breach of any of the terms and conditions and regulations referred to in paragraph 7 or in the event of any abusive, dangerous or any other unacceptable behaviour by the member.

9. If the remittance tendered in payment of membership shall be dishonoured or in any other way refused (other than by the Club), the relevant member shall be liable to pay the Club's administrative charge of £5.00 (or such other amount as the Club may inform the member in writing from time to time) and any bank or other similar charge incurred by the Club as a result, and such membership shall be immediately withdrawn.

10. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall constitute or imply any guarantee of entitlement to a ticket, seat or access to an event promoted by The Lions Supporters Club.

11. The Club shall not have any liability to the registered member in respect of any failure to carry out or delay in carrying out any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, including admitting the member to an event, caused by fire, flood, accident, strikes or other industrial action, refusals to grant any licenses or permissions or any circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12. Any person is entitled to only one membership of the club. Any person who makes or conspires to make multiple applications will have their membership terminated without compensation.

13. The club reserves the right to refuse any application for membership at its sole discretion without reason.

14. The Club has the right to change the contents of the membership pack and/or the benefits that a member receives at any time without advance notice so long as the value of the contents and/or benefits remains the same. Any changes will be subsequently notified to existing members.

15. Members under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult when attending events.

2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

3. Entrants can be of any age, except where specified.

4. The deadline for receiving entries will be noted on the individual competition.

5. No purchase necessary.

6. The prize is as stated and does not include travel expenses.

7. The prizewinner will be drawn at random by the The Lions Supporters Club Membership Manager. The Lions Supporters Club Membership Manager's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the winner will be contacted personally.

8. Prizes must be taken as stated. There will be no alternatives cash or otherwise.

9. The Lions Supporters Club Membership Manager does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to postal services. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

10. Entrants must supply full details as required above and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

11. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the The Lions Supporters Club or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.

12. The Lions Supporters Club Membership Manager reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if circumstances arise outside the direct control of the The Lions Supporters Club.

13. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering the competition.

14. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. This competition is promoted by the British Lions Ltd.

15. We will not publish or provide your email address or other details to anyone. The competition requires you to supply us with your contact details. We may use this information to contact you at a later date.
