Loftus Versfeld Stadium is situated in Pretoria and has a 45,000 all-seated capacity.
Rugby has been played on the site since 1906 and the first parts of the stadium were built in 1923. As a result of the profits from the All Blacks tour of 1928 changing rooms were added and it has been upgraded on several occasions since then – taking its current form in 1984.
