Royal Bafokeng, Rustenburg
The Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace was originally built as a venue for the 1995 Rugby World Cup and was named after the Royal Bafokeng Nation which covers 795 square miles in the North West Province of South Africa.
During the RWC France, Scotland, Tonga and The Ivory Coast all played Pool matches at the Stadium.
Since then it has been mainly used as a football stadium and has a current capacity of 38,000 – although this will be increased to 42,000 for the 2010 Football World Cup.
