Llanelli Scarlets have announced the appointment of Gareth Davies as commercial director after Davies left his position of chief executive at the Bradford Bulls rugby league side.
Llanelli chief executive Stuart Gallacher said: "We are delighted Gareth Davies will be joining the Llanelli Scarlets in a senior management role as commercial director at the Llanelli Scarlets where he will be responsible for sales and marketing.
"We are looking forward to Gareth starting with us on January 15."
Davies was head of sport and marketing at Reebok UK between 2000-2005.
