Going to see the Lions – get there early!

British & Irish Lions fans are being urged to get to the Allianz Stadium in Sydney for today’s fifth game of the 125th anniversary tour as early as possible.

The stadium expects to be at full capacity when the HSBC Waratahs take on the Lions, and fans are urged to plan their trip and arrive early to avoid any wider network traffic congestion and planned City Rail track work.

Track work will be taking place on a number of City Rail lines on match day, and fans should check with the 131500.com.au website for all the latest transport information.

All fans are encouraged to read the match day information to ensure they get to the ground early to enjoy the curtain raiser between Parramatta and Northern Suburbs.

The Lions Tour has been 12 years in the making, so make sure you plan your trip, leave the car at home, take public transport and arrive early to ensure you don’t miss a minute of this highly anticipated match.

Tickets to this game do not include travel on public transport so you'll need to buy a separate ticket to catch the train, bus or ferry.

A Moore Park Link ticket is the easiest option as it will cover your trip by train and bus to and from Allianz Stadium. You can also use MyZone tickets – MyBus, MyMulti and Pensioner Excursion tickets – on Special Event buses or you can buy a ticket before you get on board.
