Show your Lions Pride by hosting a Breakfast party with your Club!

Help drive recruitment and welcome existing and new players and supporters into your club for a day of rugby.

Download our Official App for iPhone or Android!

The packs will include Lions themed décor and a range of ideas and activities to help you set up and deliver the ultimate viewing party – as well as post-match ideas like tag, touch, or skills sessions to help give your community a taste of rugby.

We caught up with Ballyclare High School and Ballyclare RFC to see how they were planning to use the excitement of the Lions Tour to bring in and retain more members in rugby.

We will be hosting the midweek games in the school lecture room for our boys and girls. On Saturdays, we will host at our local rugby club and invite the local community.

Social media is now included in our schools’ curriculum as well as, one of the main methods we use to share our rugby news. We also use Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook during live matches to provide feedback on professional games as they are the perfect models to help our club players learn!

Win Flights, Accommodation and Tickets to the first Test against the All Blacks!

In 2015, we went on a developmental school rugby trip to NZ and it will be a bit of a reunion having all the boys from the trip wear their tour tops, and give inspire younger players by hosting a touch rugby competition post Lions match for the minis as well as, for the Hares, our disability team.

We’ll also be offering a donation box on game days to collect donation for the IRFU Charitable trust and the Wooden Spoon.

The most important thing to us though, is to have folk watching rugby together and create a memory for people of all ages – something that was done for my first lions experience in 1997.

Get some inspiration from Ballyclare and create some memories with your club.
