BRITISH & IRISH LIONS CLUB PACKS REGISTRATION (COMPETITION) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The following Terms form the promotion information for The British & Irish Lions Club Packs competition (“Competition”).
2. By entering this Competition, you, the entrant, will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and to have agreed to be bound by them. If the entrant does not agree with any of these Terms, they should not enter the Competition.
3. All Rugby Clubs which register for the Competition must be a member of the RFU or/WRU or/SRU or/IRFU.
4. Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements as specified herein. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of any prize.
5. The Competition is to win one of 120 Lions Clubs pack per Union with a total of 480 being produced. These consist of a branded box containing an A6 information booklet, wallchart poster, squad photo poster, flags, bunting, balloons, face masks, tv branding, chefs hat and chefs apron.
6. All entries submitted before Friday 12th May will also be entered into a second competition to win one of 8 Rhino Official Training Kits or one of 12 Rhino Training Balls
7. Sky offer: All clubs in the UK and ROI means a current member club of the one of the Four Home Unions, IRFU, RFU, SRU or WRU at which member activities are undertaken. Sky has sole discretion in determining whether a premises is a Home Union Affiliated Club. Your Premises must be in the United Kingdom of Great Britain, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man Discounted offer available against standard pricing. New 12 month minimum term applies. The only way to show Sky Sports in a premises such as a Rugby Club is through a commercial agreement with Sky. The sky offer runs up until and including 24th May 2017.
8. By entering, the winners agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as may be reasonably required by the Promoter with no recompense. Further the Promoter reserves the right to use the names and counties of winners in any publicity relating to the Competition.
9. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
10. Registration for the competition will close at midnight on 2nd June, 2017. Clubs must be registered for the Lions Club Packs to be eligible to receive and enter the competition.
11. One winning registration per club. Registrations are not returnable. Registrations must be submitted online at www.Lionsrugby.com . They, and the copyright in them, become the property of the Promoter.
12. Registrations not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for delayed registrations. Proof of sending by email or post will not be accepted as proof of registration.
13. All registered clubs agree to take part in publicity in connection with the Lions Club Packs.
14. By taking part all clubs agree to complete a post event survey to feedback on the Lions Club Packs at their club.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

BRITISH & IRISH LIONS CLUB PACKS (COMPETITION) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Lions Club Packs (Competition) are open to member clubs of the RFU /WRU/SRU/IRFU which have registered for the Competition.
2. Multiple entries will be reviewed but only one entry per club can be successful. Registrations are not returnable.
3. Registrations must be submitted online at www.Lionsrugby.com by midnight on 2nd June, 2017. They, and the copyright in them, become the property of the Promoter.
4. Entries must be submitted via the application form on www.Lionsrugby.com .
5. In order to enter the Competition, clubs (via their young members) will explain how they will bring the Lions Tour into their club, encouraging the rugby community to watch The Lions games in their local clubs specifically led by Young People (14 – 21) who will be in charge of hosting breakfasts and creating engaging social media opportunities through competitions / dressing of club /, highest attendance/engagement.
6. Any entry that is deemed as offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or information will not be granted approval and will therefore be excluded from the Competition.
7. You must be 18 or older to register your club.
8. Each club registration must be accompanied with approval from a club board member.
9. The Promoter does not accept liability for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure, network incompatibility) of any kind or for any entries which are not completed for any reason.

11. Successful clubs (the “Participating Clubs”) meaning 120 clubs from each Home Union will be selected to receive Lions Club Packs. 14. Decision regarding which clubs will be selected will be made by 9th June 2017.
15. Successful clubs will have five days from notification to refuse the Prize and provide any further details required. Failure to accept will result in disqualification of the Competition at the judges discretion.
16. The Participating Clubs will be selected by Home Union judging panels. The Participating clubs will be those clubs who, in the opinion of the judges, have the most suitable youth led applications.
17. The decisions of the judges are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. All registered clubs agree to take part in publicity in connection with Lions Club Packs (Competition) and also agree to invest any resources allocated to their rugby club by the British and Irish Lions RFU/WRU/SRU/IRFU for the purposes of Lions Club pack events.
19. Successful clubs will have a responsibility to share social media documenting their club event across club and member social channels.
20. All applicants and participants in the competition agree that their personal data may be processed by the Promoter and the Rugby Football Union/WRU/SRU/IRFU for the purposes of this promotion.
21. By taking part all clubs agree to complete a post event survey to feedback on the Lions Club Pack (Competition) at their club.
22. If any Lions Club Pack is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the pack as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.
23. Once the Packs are distributed, the promoter is not liable for the events held within the clubs.
24. The British & Irish Lions are not liable for any Injury, loss or damage at an event.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
26. Each Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the Competition, modify these Terms prior to the closing date, vary details of the Prize, or substitute a prize of equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
27. The Competition is governed by English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
28. The Promoter is The British & Irish Lions of British & Irish Lions DAC, Simmonscourt Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.
