Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Lions Clubhouse!

This community is a fun, inclusive and safe space for British & Irish Lions fans to have discussions and share their comments or questions.

To keep it this way, we ask that all platform users adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Be Kind and Respectful - Treat other users with respect and be considerate in your interactions. If you disagree with someone, share your thoughts politely and thoughtfully.

  • Harassment is Prohibited - There is a zero-tolerance policy against harassment of any kind. This includes but is not limited to behaviour that may be considered sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or otherwise discriminatory, hateful or offensive in nature.

  • Share Original Content - Only share material that you’ve created or have permission to share. Avoid posting content that belongs to someone else without their consent.

  • Protect Your Privacy - Don’t include personal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or full names in your posts. Do not impersonate another person.

  • Engage Responsibly - Refrain from self-promotion/advertising, sharing links to unknown places or posting the same information repeatedly (spamming).

Our Moderation Approach

To keep our community safe and enjoyable, we have put the following measures in place:

  • Automatic Moderation - Screening and filtering content that violates the community standards

  • Human Moderation - Reviewing content and managing access of accounts

  • Community Moderation - Platform users reporting content for review

Enforcement

If a platform user does not follow these community guidelines, we reserve the right to issue any of the following actions:

  • Warnings - For minor issues, we will issue a platform user an initial warning to make them aware that their behaviour does not meet our guidelines.

  • Temporary Restrictions - If a platform user continues to break community guidelines, we will limit their account features (for example, they will not be able to post or comment in the community forum).

  • Account Removal - For serious or reoccurring breaches of our guidelines, we will ban a platform user and remove their account to protect the community.
