Andy Robinson’s sole Lions Tour came in 1989 to Australia where the England flanker made six appearances in total.
The Bath back-rower failed to break into the Test side as the Lions secured a 2-1 series win, although Robinson did cross for two tries on the Tour – coming against New South Wales Country and Queensland B.
In all, Robinson won eight caps for his country during his playing career before moving to the coaching box.
He was an assistant to Sir Clive Woodward in England’s 2003 World Cup winning campaign and is a former head coach of both England and Scotland.
He was also a coach on the Lions tours to Australia in 2001 and New Zealand in 2005.
