A fierce tackler, Bob Evans toured New Zealand and Australia with The British & Irish Lions in 1950.
Renowned for his intelligent defensive positioning the Welshman playing in all six Tests on the Tour.
Evans helped the Lions to two Test victories over Australia - the first a 19-6 win in Brisbane, followed by a 24-3 victory in Sydney.
The flanker made ten appearances for Wales between 1947 and 1951 and scored a single try, which came against Ireland on his second cap.
