Edgar Morgan was a Welsh forward who played his club rugby for Swansea, making his debut in 1907.
Despite having never made an international appearance for his country, he was selected to represent the Lions on their 1908 Tour to New Zealand and Australia, appearing in two Test matches against the hosts.
The Tour saw him make 14 appearances on the New Zealand leg of the Tour, more than any other player in the squad, and he played 22 times in total during his time in the southern hemisphere.
It took a further six years for Morgan to earn his first Wales cap, against England at Twickenham in 1914.
