Frank Laidlaw made a total of 28 appearances for the Lions during the 1966 Tour to Australia and New Zealand and the 1971 Tour to New Zealand.
He played two Tests against the All Blacks in 1966 but failed to feature in a Test five years later.
The Hawick-born prop also won 32 caps for Scotland, making his debut against France in 1965 in a 16-8 Five Nations loss in Colombes, and twice captained his country.
