Ian Evans played in every match of Wales' back-to-back Championships in 2012 and 2013 to earn his spot on the 2013 Lions Tour to Australia.
Down Under, Evans failed to crack the Test team with the likes of Paul O'Connell, Alun Wyn Jones and Geoff Parling all competing for game time in the boiler room.
Evans made four appearances in all in the famous red jersey, including clashes with the Brumbies, the Melbourne Rebels and the Western Force.
Since the 2013 tour Evans has moved to Bristol and helped them to earn promotion to the Premiership. His last appearance for Wales came off the bench in the 2014 Autumn Internationals.
