Jamie Heaslip's first Lions Tour to South Africa marked him out as star - the Ireland No.8 was one of only five players to play in every minute of the enthralling three Test-match series in 2009.
And while it was the Springboks who emerged victorious, Heaslip only enhanced his reputation after that Tour as part of a Leinster team that won three European Cups in a four-year period.
The Irishman was again selected for the 2013 Tour to Australia, starting the first two Tests against the Wallabies in the No.8 jersey.
Wales' Taulupe Faletau was preferred for the decisive final Test in Sydney but Heaslip has bounced back in style.
The Irishman has continued to improve with age and was a key part of the Ireland side that won back-to-back Championships in 2014 & 2015 under Joe Schmidt and came so close to an historic series win over South Africa in the summer of 2016.
