Selkirk No 8 Jock Waters toured twice with The British & Irish Lions, first to Argentina in 1936 before travelling again two years later to South Africa.
The Scottish international back row played nine times for the Lions in South Africa, scoring against Natal as well as two tries against Rhodesia.
He played his only Test in South Africa during a 21-16 win over the Boks.
