Scrum-half John Robbie has a 100 percent win record as a British & Irish Lions player after being selected for their only Test victory of the 1980 Tour against South Africa.
After a try and a drop goal against Griqualand West, and with the Lions 3-0 down in the series, Robbie got the call and helped his team to a 17-13 victory in Pretoria.
It was a cap that had been hard-earned with Robbie playing six Tour games before finally winning a Test spot, replacing the injured Colin Patterson.
The Irishman had made his international debut at Lansdowne Road four years previously and went on to earn ten caps for his country over a five-year period.
